FLOW was founded in 2008 by Mr. Philip TAILLIEU. FLOW uses the latest technologies to collect and collate traffic data and then augments this data with their internally developed algorithms. FLOW facilitates traffic management by mapping current traffic situations and creating new optimised flow scenarios, which can be used to improve overall traffic circulation.
