Electrical Lighting Association of Thailand Founded by a group of people who are interested in and related to the lighting industry, both private and private. Government agencies and state enterprises held a meeting at the Erawan Hotel to establish the Electrical Lighting Club on May 14, 1987, and it was registered as an association.
