ISS (Intelligent Security Systems), a global provider of video intelligence and data awareness solutions, announced that it has hired Joe Harvey to serve in the newly created role of ITS Market Sector Leader.
With the widespread adoption of network surveillance cameras and other connected devices in cities around the world, there has been a subsequent effort to leverage this “smart” infrastructure to create what is known as Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), which provide municipalities with the real-time data and analytics necessary to design safer and more efficient highways.
