Employees from Hikvision USA Inc., a provider of security hardware equipment and software solutions, worked with non-profit Mission 500 to assemble 250 backpacks with school supplies for students who attend East Hartford, Conn.-area Title 1 schools.
Members of Hikvision’s Northeast regional team volunteered at Mission 500 partner World Vision’s Teacher Resource Center in East Hartford, Conn. The resource centre warehouses donated learning and classroom supplies that are provided to teachers at qualifying Title 1 schools. Title 1 schools have large concentrations of low-income families. Backpack supplies were purchased with donated funds from Hikvision.
