Detection Technology has completed the acquisition of Haobo Imaging

Detection Technology Plc has completed the acquisition of Haobo Imaging. Detection Technology acquired 90% of the shares in Haobo Imaging for EUR 12 million.

The acquisition was financed with cash reserves and a term loan.
