It happens all too often. You have installed an advanced surveillance system. The video looks bright and smooth to your eyes. You expect everything to work correctly. Motion blur makes moving objects such as car or a person blurry, particularly in low light conditions. You don’t realise this until you pause a video looking for details. Therefore, you can’t identify a license plate or a person’s face - the critical details you need to solve a crime.
