People Counter For Axis Network Cameras Enhanced

The latest version of Aimetis People Counter works specifically with Axis cameras, with improved reporting and easier setup. It tracks the bi-directional flow of objects as they pass through a user definable line. The application is designed for entrances and exits and minimises counting errors caused by environmental factors such as shadows, lighting changes and reflections. Aimetis People Counter provides on-camera reporting that can be queried by hour, day, month or year. Reports are available as tables and charts to make communication of intelligent video data simple and informative. Results can be exported directly into Microsoft Excel.

License Plate Recognition works with any standard video camera and will be available in May 2011 from Aimetis channel partners. Licensing is simple and straightforward, requiring a per server fee of $5,500.00 US and includes an enterprise license for one camera.
