CSO Roundtable is a two-day conference for senior security executives in Rio de Janeiro, December 6-7, 2010
The CSO Roundtable of ASIS International will host Opportunity and Risk: The CSO Roundtable Latin America Summit, a two-day conference for senior security executives in Rio de Janeiro, December 6-7, 2010. This event will explore the risks, challenges and opportunities facing organisations doing business in the region as Brazil prepares to host the 2014 FIFA World Cup and the 2016 Summer Olympics and Paralympics. ASIS International is the world's largest organisation for security management professionals.

"As the region's economic powerhouse and home to dozens of multi-nationals and forthcoming global events, Brazil is ideally suited to host this groundbreaking programme," says ASIS President Joseph R. (Bob) Granger, CPP.

Keynotes and speakers at this two-day conference will include government officials and members of the security and intelligence infrastructure in Brazil, security professionals from around the globe, experts in securing high-profile global events and leading business executives from multi-national organisations.

"This CSO Roundtable event will provide a venue for security professionals from around the world to discuss the risks, explore the opportunities and learn how their businesses can expand and flourish in the region," says Timothy T. Janes, CPP, a co-chair of the CSO Roundtable Advisory Board.
