In order to become certified, the i-Pro Certified Reseller Programme requires resellers to complete minimum training requirements related to Internet protocol (IP) or information technology (IT) and specific to Panasonic's i-Pro product line. P-Tech, the Panasonic Training University, manages certification for all i-Pro Certified Resellers and candidates. Any Panasonic Authorised Dealer or other reseller can be nominated or apply for consideration to become an i-Pro Certified Reseller. Other benefits of the programme include availability of subsidised demo equipment, resource-rich sales tools and marketing materials and quick dissemination of i-Pro sales leads. i-Pro sales and technical training is provided through P-Tech, and Panasonic's National Technical Support Center (NTSC) hotline provides resellers access to experienced and highly trained professionals in IP/networking products and systems.
