The integration provides customers with a single, centralised solution that enables faster incident response |
"We're proud to team with Software House to address growing demand from our mutual customers for the integration of these two essential security systems," said Dan Cremins, Director of Product Management, March Networks. "The result is an enterprise-class solution that supports the remote monitoring of a few or thousands of locations efficiently and cost-effectively."
The certified integration is bi-directional, allowing both alarms and events from a Software House C•CURE 9000 system to be seen by - and sent from - the March Networks Command video management platform. An access control badge used after-hours, for example, can trigger live video pop-ups in the C•CURE 9000 interface to support real-time visual verification. Or an access control alarm, such as a forced door entry, can initiate actions in Command, including real-time video monitoring and automatic video recording of the incident. All C•CURE 9000 events appear within the system alarm logs and can be used to quickly locate and play back recorded video.
"We are pleased to be working with March Networks as part of the Software House Connected Partner Program," said Jeremy Krinitt, Senior Product Manager for Strategic Integrations at Tyco. "The interoperability of our C•CURE 9000 solution and the Command video management platform makes it easier for customers to keep their operations safe and secure, and we look forward to future collaboration."
