Call and Contact Centre EXPO 2020 and all co-located events rescheduled due to increase in international travel restrictions

The organiser of the renowned technology show Call and Contact Centre Expo (18-19th March 2020, ExCel, London), has been closely monitoring updates on the spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus. The global impact of this situation, not least upon international travel and resulting restrictions imposed by many organisations, means that after discussions with all parties the organisers of the event have taken the decision to postpone the Call and Contact Centre Expo 2020.
