The building, constructed in 2005, consists of three 12-story towers with a total of 309 residential units. Residents have been experiencing issues with noise and unclear sound, which hinder effective communication and lead to frustration.
Additionally, there is an increased need for remote unlocking capabilities. The existing 2-wire system, which supports only basic intercom functions, fails to meet the current needs of the residents.
