Result
As part of the negotiations for the last bid, EverFocus offered to do a 3-day training to help Telecomm personnel administer and operate the equipment. The training took place at the National School of Telecommunications in Mexico City. A total of 55 Telecomm employees representing the 32 states of Mexico attended the training.
The first day of the training was focused on helping them learn about the installation, operation, and networking of the equipment. The second day of the training took place at the school's lab where 10 workstations with DVRs and cameras were set to give them hands-on training on how to operate and program the DVRs. The last day was used to explain the installation and administration of EverFocus PowerCom 4.0 software which they will be installing at each of their 5 regional offices to help them monitor the telegraph offices. Lastly, the attendees were given a written test. It helped to establish a strong relationship between EverFocus and Telecomm.
