Taking into account its positive experience of operating a video surveillance system, the management of the Zolotaya Nika restaurant chain (Russia) decided to update it and install an AxxonSoft products-based surveillance system at its outlets. Yug IT Service was selected as the installation company for its convincing installations track record at restaurants. The company equipped three Zolotaya Nika restaurants with Axxon Intellect Lite video management system.
The terms of reference included setting up video supervision of bar counters, cash units, staff only and warehouse premises as well as cold and hot kitchens. To address the mentioned tasks, Axxon Intellect Lite system was installed and full colour high resolution cameras were mounted in the mentioned locations. The POS Intellect suite was used to provide cash operations supervision in integration with the R-Keeper restaurant management software. In addition, remote Intellect Lite-based workstations were set up to allow the management timely and easily supervise its restaurant chain.
